She was predeceased by: her sisters, Sharon Allen and Carol Harden; and her son Andrew Mack. She is survived by: her husband Richard D. Sullivan Jr.; her children, Richard D. Sullivan III, Gregory J. Sullivan and Shania D. Sullivan; her siblings, Charles Gude, Sherry Imoro, Gary Mack, Don Mack, Kelvin Mack, Kervin Gude, Keith Mack, Andre Mack, Alicia Mack, Andrew Mack and Allan Mack; and her grandchildren, Kalani Rodriguez, Omari Monfiston and Kairo Mack.
In lieu of flowers the family would like donations to be made to an organization that will be updated at a later time.
