He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry J. Joyal and Marjorie A. Joyal (Kelley); and his grandchild London Mary Welch. He is survived by: his wife Doreen F. Joyal (Burke); his children, Heather E. Joyal (Curtis Welch) of Santee and Ashley Kai Asteri of Boston; his grandson Logan Welch; his siblings, Gary Joyal (Paula) of Natick, Peter Joyal (Nancy) of Falmouth, Jayne LaForest (Mark) of Acton and Paul Burke of Belmont; and his sister-in-law Sharon Corbett of Waltham. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews.
