With profound sadness, we say goodbye to James L. Burns of Belmont, Massachusetts, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Imelda E. Burns (McKinnon) and Maurice J. Burns; his wife Susan Burns (Johnson); and his son Paul J. Burns. He is survived by: his pet Bentley J. Burns; his children, Melissa Burns (Sean Gray) of Belmont, James L. Burns, Jr. of Belmont and Michelle Burns-Rubin (Zach) of Watertown; his grandchildren, Shauna and Sean Gray; his brother John Burns (Suzette) of Virginia; and his friend Bob Lyons of Somerville.
