She is survived by: her daughter Paula Sombronsky (Don); her grandchildren, Michael Sombronsky (Beth), Lauren Mohan (Jeff), Jeffrey Sombronsky (Lindsey) and Julie Moulton (Brian); her son Robert Perkins (Susan); her grandchildren, Jared (Yissel) and Lily (Charlene); her daughter-in-law Deborah Perkins-Gough; her grandson-in-law Benjamin; her great grandchildren, Cole, Livy, Samuel, Ledger, Riley, Dylan, August, Preston, Winter and Yashira; and her son-in-law Don. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
