He was predeceased by : his parents, Manuel C. Costa and Guilhermina Costa (Correia). He is survived by : his wife Ana P. Costa (Deocleciano) of Berkley; his daughters, Christine Costa Leurini (Sean) of Berkley and Melinda Andre (Brandon) of Assonet; his granddaughters, Layla, Mia and Molly; and his siblings, Herculano M. Costa (Maria) of Taunton, Gabriel J. Costa (Sara) of Taunton and Maria F. Pereira (José) of Taunton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
