He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Allen and Jean Allen (Ralston). He is survived by: his wife Wendy; his children, Justin Raposa, Jacob Raposa (Liliana) and Jessica Burcham (Christopher); his grandchildren, Jackson Raposa, Zachary Raposa, David DaSilvia III, Adriana Raposa, Ava Raposa and Willow Burcham; and his siblings, Mark Allen and Leslie Housman. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made in Michael's memory to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
