He was predeceased by : his mother Barbara Duggan (Leonard). He is survived by : his wife Lori Duggan (Kulpa); his father Raymond Duggan of Warwick; his children, Ian Duggan and Madisyn Duggan of Berkley, MA.; his brother Steven Duggan of Riverside, RI.; his parents-in-law, Michael Kulpa of Georgia, Pattey Wright of Colorado and Richard Kulpa of Florida; and his nieces and nephews, Vanessa Bellfield, Alexandra Kulpa, Kyle Kulpa, William Duggan, Kyle Duggan, Kelsie Marchetti and Branden Bellfield. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
