He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Skorcz and Veronica Liput Skorcz; his sister Jacqueline Abel (Middelegge); his brother-in-law Frank Phelan; and his niece Julie James (Middelegge).
He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Gadbois (John) of Cheshire and Susan Kullby (Kevin) of Highwood, IL; his grandchildren, Keegan Daniel and Greta Jane; his sister Patricia Phelan of Alpharetta, GA; and his former wife Kathleen Tully.
