He is survived by: his cousins, Terry Bodolay (Jim) and Peggy Barrett; his sister-in-law Jane Gallivan; his sibling's children, Thomas Gallivan, Sean Gallivan and Joanna Gallivan of Adams; his great-niece Sophia Gallivan; and his great-nephews, Daniel Gallivan and Aaron Gallivan.
