He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his children, Barbara A. Holden (Michael), JoAnn M. Tesoniero (Paul), Paul R. Matthews (Dianne), Peter A. Matthews, Roy V. Matthews (Denise) and Nancy A. Filiault; and his brother Mark Matthews (Marie). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
