He is survived by: his spouse Kristen Moore (Philpot); his father-in-law Bruce Philpot (Charlotte Glidden); his brother-in-law Donald Philpot (Lisa); his nieces, Ashley Vega (Stephen Vega) and Sarah Senning (Benjamin Senning); his nephew Nicholas Philpot (Emily Philpot); his great-nephews, Calvin Senning and Christopher Philpot; and his pets, Nene, Missy and Bentley.

Contribution may be made in his name to Northeast Animal Shelter, 347 Highland Ave, Salem, MA 01970.
