“I met Anne down at Independence Park where she used to walk her beautiful dog Chloe. I loved her. I loved her independent and caring spirit. I loved her love of cats. I am grateful to have called her friend for many years. Was glad to celebrate her 60th birthday at the Salem Willows. Anne was very intelligent.
