She was predeceased by: her husband Lyman E. Trask; her father Maynard Moore; her daughter-in-law Mary E. Trask; her granddaughter Caitlin E. Trask; and her siblings, Maynard Moore Jr., Donald Moore, Hazel McKenzie and Judith Ingalls.
She is survived by: her children, James Trask of Beverly, Karen Ottley (Peter) of Beverly, Donald Trask of Bradford and Nancy Trask of Beverly; her sisters, Phyllis Brilliant of Londonderry, NH. and Janice Wheeler of Londonderry, NH.; her grandchildren, Traci (George Cushman), Kristen (Jeffrey Gallagher) and Jason Trask; and her great grandchildren, Molly, Alexandra Cushman, Noah and Jacob Gallagher.
