It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara A. Byrne of Beverly, Massachusetts, born in Salem, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 27, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Splaine and Charlotte Splaine (Johnson); her husband Edward J. Byrne; her sons-in-law, James Moskovis and Kevin Cornacchio; and her siblings, John Splaine, Charlotte Gallo, Joan Davis and Nancy Downie.
She is survived by: her daughters, Catherine Moskovis of Salem, Mary Little (James) of Beverly, Joanne Griffin (Kerry) of Salem, Margaret Cornacchio of Salem, Patricia O'Brien (James) of Freemont, NH, Anne O'Shea (Patrick) of Peabody and Julie Theriault (Donald) of Salem; and her cousin Judy Sterns (Larry) of Martha's Vineyard. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
