He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Kampersal and Lucille Kampersal; and his brother Bob. He is survived by: his wife Pam; his children, Heidi and Jeff; his grandchildren, Emma, Erek, Keira and Jack; and his siblings, John, Peter and Janet. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
