He was predeceased by: his parents, Mario Acciavatti and Josephine Acciavatti. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Raymond and Tracy; his siblings, Janet (Dana), Michael (Carol), Robert (Sharon) and Richard (Paula); and his siblings' child Zoey.
