He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edward Rafter and Cecilia Rafter; his wife Marion Rafter of Beverly; his sister Judy McCaffrey of Groveland; his sons, Mark Rafter of Beverly, Dave Rafter of Beverly and Scott Rafter of Danvers; his daughters-in-law, Meg Rafter, Kerry Rafter and Tiphanie Rafter; and his grandchildren, Willem, Michaela, Talan, Vienne and Declan.
