We are sad to announce that, on February 19, 2020, at the age of 100, Edward R. Ernst (Beverly, Massachusetts) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Edward R. Ernst to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ernst and Effie Ernst (Veinot); and his siblings, Harry, Evan, Arnold, Henry, Fenwick, Wendall, Homer, Myrtle Purdy and Isabelle Lohnes.

He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ernst; his daughters, Susan Teel (Bob) of Essex, Cheryl Witbracht (Brian) of Napa, CA and Pamela Card (Jack) of Newburyport; his grandchildren, Katherine Offenhartz, Nathan Teel, Abby Teel, Megan Witbracht, Ellie Card and Jackson Card; and his great grandchildren, Charlotte Hoang, Sam Offenhartz, Olivia Teel and Tristan Teel. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to the American Stroke Association.
