He was predeceased by: his parents, Evan III and Frances Randolph III (Beale); and his brother Francis. He is survived by: his wife Penny (Penny Dixon); his daughters, Penelope Frances Randolph (Thomas A. D. Watson), Camilla Randolph Girard (Michael A. Girard) and Lisa Lawrence Randolph (Brian Cooke); his grandchildren, Polly, Courtlandt Watson, Belle, Evan Girard, Cyros Jr. and Hope Strickland; and his brothers, John and Leonard Randolph.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Evan's memory to St. John's Church or the Salvation Army.
