He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Saulnier (Lee); his parents, Elizee Saulnier and Jeane Saulnier (LeBlanc); his son Michael; and his siblings, Eldridge Saulnier, Raymond Saulnier, William Saulnier, Arthur Saulnier, Beatrice Gaboriault, Ella Bindel and Margaret Russell.
He is survived by: his sons, Frank E. Saulnier (Louanne) of Peabody, David R. Saulnier (Karen), Andover and Joseph Saulnier. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
