Joan B. Hersey Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan B. Hersey of Beverly, Massachusetts, born in Salem, Massachusetts, who passed away on August 3, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herald Little and Margaret Little (Boyle); and her siblings, Margaret Bryson, John Little and Nancy Gaudreault.
She is survived by: her sons, Donald G. Hersey (Donna) of Beverly, John T. Hersey (Diane) of Lynn and Steven J. Hersey of Beverly; her grandchildren, Jonathan Hersey (Lauren), Devin Hersey (Megan) of Malden and Tara Heller (Trevor) of Scituate; her great grandchild Nova Heller; and her brother William D. Little (Margaret Goodell). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in Joan's memory to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis TN 38105.
