She was predeceased by: her spouse Attorney Daniel D. Connell; her parents, Ralph T. O'Brien and Ann M. O'Brien (Dunleavy); her siblings, Mary F. Richardson and Ralph O'Brien; and her siblings-in-law, Thomas Richardson, Arthur "Herky" Santos, Thomas J. Connell, William D. Connell, John L. Connell Jr., Joseph R. Connell, Joan Connell (Crowley) and Donna Connell (O'Dea).
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary E. Connell (Cesar Maiorino) of Watertown, Ann M. Cooper (Daniel) of Tampa, Florida, Alice C. Carter (James) of Beverly and Danielle D. Connell of Medford; her grandchildren, Sheamus D. and Emma C. Cooper; her daughter Vivian C. Carter; her grandchildren, Alexandra, Ivy Maiorino, Reid and Paige Carter; her sister Alice G. Santos of Lowell; and her sister-in-law Rita G. Connell (Vigneault) of Westford. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
