He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Mulcahy and Mary "Molly" Mulcahy (Sweeney); his companion Bridie; and his brothers, Daniel and Denis.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kathleen (Thomas Roccio) and Christina (Louis Pate); and his brothers, Thomas (Vicky) and Richard (Ada). He is also survived by his daughters, extended family, and friends.
