He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Deborah Driscoll of Amesbury, John R. Yates III (Claire Delahunty) of San Diego, CA, Thomas Yates of Lowell and Catherine Rossano of Manchester; his stepchildren, Leslie DiNanno (David Bunker) of Boxford and Mark Marandola of Madison, NJ.; his grandchildren, John Driscoll (Katherine), Katy Laprise (Troy), Kelly Davies (Mike), John R. Yates IV, Nicholas DiNanno, Connor Yates, Colin Rossano, Anthony DiNanno (Laura), Virginia Rossano, Kenan Yates, Carter Rossano, Emma Yates, Ethan Yates, Peter Rossano, Catherine DiNanno, Jenna Marandola, Mark Marandola and Brian Marandola; and his great grandchildren, Quinn Driscoll and Jack Driscoll.
