He is survived by: his parents, Jonathan Bulpett and Stephanie McCay of Beverly; his sister Michaela McCay of Beverly; and his grandparents, Kathleen McCay of Beverly, Michael and Carole McCay of Bristol, NH. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Jonathan's name to Northeast Animal Shelter in Salem, MA.
