She was predeceased by : her parents, Nora Quinn (Wholley) and John Quinn; and her sisters, Patricia Daniels and Eileen Gibney. She is survived by : her husband David W. Carter; and her siblings-in-law, Earl (Claire) and Gladys Carter. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
