Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Maxwell Cohen in Beverly, Massachusetts, who passed away at the age of 94, on December 28, 2021. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his sons, Bradley and Andy (Gerri); and his grandchildren, Jackie and Jonathan.

“I worked at Beach Channel High School with Mickey in the 70’s until my retirement in 1995. He started the most magnificent oceanography programs where students used the Jamaica Bay as their classroom . They would board inflatable boats and using seine nets bring back to the labs all manner of marine life. It was an exciting program for students and staff.. I live in Newburyport MA and would have enjoyed meeting Barbara Mickey Andy and Brad again. Arlene Lauro 978-255-1396”
