He is survived by: his parents, Michael Duffy and Mary Duffy (Kaldes) of Beverly; his son Carter of Centerville; his siblings, Jesse, Corey Duffy of Beverly and Kalli Duffy of Beverly; his grandmother Frances Kaldes of Beverly; his siblings' children, Mia, Marlo and Mack; and also Loryn Pina of Centerville.
