He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Mahoney and Alice Mahoney (Kowalski). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Mahoney (Broyer); his sons, Jason Mahoney of Beverly and Daniel Mahoney of Peabody; his grandchildren, Jacob, Benjamin, Patrick and Thalia; and his sisters, Susan Romeos (Charles) of Danvers and Katherine Nichols (Jerry) of South Carolina. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many dear friends.
