He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah A. Bouchard of Sanford, ME, Cindy A. Negrotti (Jerry) of Beverly and Deanna M. Johnson of Concord, NH; his grandchildren, Courtney Smith, Brent Bouchard, Kristi Bouchard, Justin Negrotti (Cortney), Stephanie Negrotti, April Holmes (Travis) and Ashley Sullivan (Matthew); and his great grandchildren, Aleah, Wesley, Thomas and Athena.
