He was predeceased by: his wife Florence DeCologero (Afienko); his parents, William DeCologero and Mary DeCologero (DePaulo); his son Billy DeCologero; and his siblings, John, Robert, Billy, Anthony DeCologero, Phyllis Pesce, Gloria Skuttle, Connie Gaynor, Marie Parziale, Josie Nowicki and Jeanette McCoy.

He is survived by: his children, Joanne DeCologero, Marianne DeCologero-Ventura, John, Paul and Anthony DeCologero; and his grandchildren, Jonny, Paul, Mellissa, Derek, Billy, Gabriella, Jonathan, Carla, Adelle, Jacklynn, Dahlia, Lyndsey, William and Anthony.

Contributions may be made in his name to Prostate Cancer Foundation 1250 Fourth Street Santa Monica, CA 90401.
