He is survived by: his sister Marie Jeanne Jacques (Doucet); his wife Elaine Jacques (Moore); his children, Lisa Gioia (Arcangelo) of Georgetown, Brian Jacques (Joyce) of Hampstead, NH and Keith Jacques (Jill) of Maynard; his siblings, James Jacques of Laconia, NH and Claudette Farrell of Warwick, RI; and his grandchildren, Alanna, Jason Gioia, Benjamin, Daniel, Matthew, Sarah Jacques, Emma and Hanna Jacques.
