He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Rowe and Martha Rowe (Graham); his significant other Elizabeth Quinn (Betty); his son-in-law Timothy Miller; and his siblings, Walter Rowe, Brenda Rowe, Donald Rowe, Glenn Rowe, Phyllis Nangle and Virginia Swinson.
He is survived by: his children, Beverly Miller, Robert Rowe Jr. (Marilyn), Janette Getz (Peter) and Mark Rowe (Laurie McNiff); his grandchildren, Jeffery Miller, Jason Rowe, Jennifer Rowe Lavy, Justin Rowe, Joshua Rowe, Matthew Getz, Sarah Getz, Rachel Rowe and Madeline Rowe; and also, Neil and Patty Dineen. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
