He was predeceased by: his parents, Pauline Carnevale Georgandis (Hatch) and Rudolph "Rudy" Carnevale; his stepfather John Georgandis; his brother-in-law Dr. Eudaldo Troncoso; and his nephew Stephen Troncoso.
He is survived by: his wife Catherine Carnevale (Robicheau); his son Jason Carnevale (Kristina) of Beverly; his grandchildren, Gianna, Ricky, Angel and Jaxon; his brothers, Richard Carnevale (Jeanne) of Springfield and David Carnevale (Sheri); his siblings' children, Ryan, Devin of Beverly and Brendan of California; his sister Diane Carnevale (Dan Ryan) of Hamilton; and his stepsiblings, Judith Troncoso of Danvers and Steven Georgandis of Florida.
