With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Russell C. Tarr of Beverly, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 30, 2025 at the age of 91. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Russell C. Tarr to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Kimball and Eunice Augusta Tarr (Cook); his siblings, Frank, Raymond and Janice; and his sons-in-law, Peter Belkas and John Burns.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia (Edwards); his children, Susan Christoffersen (Mark), Sandra Burns of Beverly, Norman Tarr (Susan) of Beverly and Jonathan Tarr (Anna); and his sister Norma Rousseau (Tarr) of Mendon, MA.. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
