Costin, RoAnn Costin, Morgan Costin, Midge Costin and Maura Costin Scalise; and his stepchildren, Pamela Spinney Duncan, Susan Hooper and Allison Spinney. He is also survived by his 17 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
