He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis E. Turner and Eva G. Turner (Brundage); and his sister Marsha. He is survived by: his wife Susan (Connors LaJoie); his children, Jennifer Michael (John Michael) of Salem, Wendy Caplice (Nate) of Salem, Daniel Turner (Laura) of Brighton and Sarah Turner-Kuhn (Andrew) of Liberty, ME; his stepchildren, Jeff LaJoie (Michelle) of Winchester, Greg LaJoie of Salem, Jennifer LaJoie-McGovern of Ipswich and Janelle LaJoie-Hodson (Greg) of Reading; and his siblings-in-law, Judy Lubinski of Manti, UT and Steven Connors (Carmen) of Pennsicola, FL. He is also survived by 1 grandchild, 10 step-grandchildren.
