With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Willard B. Gelwick of Beverly, Massachusetts, born in Falls City, Nebraska, who passed away on October 1, 2022 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Benjamin Gelwick and Alberta Gruver Gelwick; his wife Judith Gelwick (Hennessey); and his brothers, Robert, Richard and Donald Gelwick.
He is survived by: his children, Susan W. Brown (Keith) of Boston, MA, James B. Gelwick (Kate) of Virginia Beach, VA and Robert M. Gelwick (Kristen) of Cohasset, MA.; and his grandchildren, Jude, Molly, Anna, Maddie, Sammi, Natalie, Wes and Cecilia.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in his name to Cantemus Chamber Chorus of Ipswich at or to the American Lung Association.
