He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Sr. Flannery and Elizabeth E. Flannery (Briody). He is survived by: his fiancée Cindy LeBlanc; his siblings, Ellen Flannery and Len; his sister-in-law Joanne Flannery; his godson CJ; his nephew Ryan (Nichole); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Sloane and Sienna. He is also survived by many cousins and good friends.
