He was predeceased by: his wife Doreen E. Ameral (Baker); and his parents, Albin Ameral and Evangeline Ameral (Pimental). He is survived by: his daughters, Kristine MacNeill (David) of Tyngsborough, MA and Kathleen Hayes (Kenneth Tassi) of North Chelmsford, MA; his grandchildren, David MacNeill (Madison) of Concord, NH, Paige MacNeill (Michael Pelletier) of Pelham, NH and Mitchell MacNeill of Tyngsborough, MA; and his great grandchild Finlay MacNeill. He is also survived by siblings and leaves behind 2 beloved sisters-in-law along with many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 2nd 2025 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the Dolan Funeral Home (106 Middlesex St, North Chelmsford, MA 01863). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 2nd 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in his name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
