He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hagerty and Mary Hagerty (Flaherty); and his brothers, John "Jack" Hagerty and Daniel Hagerty. He is survived by: his wife Carolann Hagerty (DeMari); his daughter Cara-Lynn Richmond (Wesley) of Billerica; his sister Ann Leurini of Bridgewater; his granddaughters, Christine, Caroline and Michaela; and his nephew Michael Leurini. He is also survived by many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and many good friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 6th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Ma Sweeney Memorial Funeral Home (66 Concord Rd, Billerica, MA 01821). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, September 7th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Theresa Church (466 Boston Rd, Billerica, MA 01821).
