He was predeceased by: his daughter Brittany. He is survived by: his wife Annette Howe of Billerica, MA; his daughter Cara Howe; his son-in-law Brian Topping; his grandson Ryan of Dunstable, MA; his daughter Jacqueline Howe; his son-in-law Pablo Neiva; his grandsons, Lucas and Jacob of Groton, MA.; and his siblings, Dorothy Kremple, Kenneth Howe, Kathy Nilep and Colleen Garland.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Burns Funeral Home (354 Boston Rd, Billerica, MA 01821). A prayer will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
