He is survived by: his wife Annette Howe of Billerica, MA; his daughter Cara Howe; his son-in-law Brian Topping; his grandson Ryan of Dunstable, MA; his daughter Jacqueline Howe; his son-in-law Pablo Neiva; his grandsons, Lucas and Jacob of Groton, MA.; and his siblings, Dorothy Kremple, Kenneth Howe, Kathy Nilep and Colleen Garland.
