She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas R. Simone Jr.; her parents, Dominic Garofano and Florence Garofano (Vacca); and her brother Jack Garofano. She is survived by: her children, Tracy Girard-Simone (Diane) of Leominster, MA and Thomas D. Simone (Michelle) of Billerica, MA; and her grandchildren, Madeline, Amanda, Danielle and James.
