He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Matczak and Mary Matczak; and his brothers, Stephen P. Matczak Jr. and Joseph D. Matczak (Jo-Jo). He is survived by: his wife Jeannette; his daughter Michelle Ward (Edward) of Billerica; his grandchildren, Cayden Ward and Collis Ward; and his sisters, MaryAnn Souretis (Arthur) of Marshfield, Christina LaCroix (Kenneth) of Marlboro and Bernice Marzilli (Daniel) of Newton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
