He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Domey and Marie Domey (Goguen); his brother Thomas; and his brothers-in-law, Edward Plunkett and Philip Brooks.
He is survived by: his wife Constance Domey (Russo); his sisters, Janice Plunkett and Bernice Brooks; and his brothers-in-law, Carmine (Susan Russo), Charles J. Russo Jr. and Carl (Susan Russo). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
