She was predeceased by : her husband Philip A. Collins; her parents, Gerald Cunningham and Frances Cunningham (McCullough); and her siblings, Josephine Costa, Doris Fennessey, Mary Cushing, Gerald, William, John and Walter Cunningham.

She is survived by : her daughters, Patricia Karlson of Billerica, Susan Frasca (Daniel) of Topsfield, Nancy Stebbins (Robert) of South Yarmouth and Linda Beaupre (Scott) of Billerica; her grandchildren, Meaghan (Michael), Haley, Daniel, Jacob (Danielle), Andrea and Hunter; and her great grandchildren, Faith and Everett.
