He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Ortolani and Mildred M. Ortolani (Bennett); and his brother Greg Ortolani. He is survived by: his wife Melinda L. Ortolani (Blais); his children, John D. Ortolani (Stefanie) of Tampa, FL and Jackie Ortolani (Aidan) of Billerica; his brothers, Glenn Ortolani (Peggy) of Tewksbury and Eric Ortolani (Lisa Murray) of Billerica; and his sister-in-law Lisa Ortolani of Billerica. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles, and close friends.
