It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John L. McKay of Billerica, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 22, 2025, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick McKay and Nancy McKay-Gunther (Baxter); and his son Christopher McKay. He is survived by: his children, Ashley McKay of Billerica, Amanda McKay of Tiverton, Brian McKay and Michael McKay; his grandchildren, Sophia and Justin Jr.; and his siblings, Rick McKay, Cindi Lefebvre (McKay) and David McKay. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and other close relatives.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society, Joslin Diabetes Center, and/or the Community Congregational Church.
