We are sad to announce that on November 12, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Kathleen A. Ruggeri of Billerica, Massachusetts, born in Northfield, Vermont. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Gertrude O'Brien (Delary) and Joseph M O'Brien; and her sister Mary Heins (O'Brien). She is survived by: her husband Frank J Ruggeri; her children, Nicole R Monteiro (Jacob) and Matthew Ruggeri (Katie); her grandchildren, Evie Ruggeri, Penelope Ruggeri, Noah Monteiro and Anthony Monteiro; her brothers, Joseph P O'Brien (Louise) and David M O'Brien (Gail); and her brother-in-law David Heins. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Donations can be made to the Bedford Free Public Library, 7 Mudge Way, Bedford, MA 01730, in honor of Kathy Ruggeri.
