She was predeceased by: her parents, James Russo and Gloria Russo (Kemper); and her sister Melody Walsh. She is survived by: her daughter Julie Lynch of Billerica; her boyfriend Donald Lynch of Billerica; her sister Laura Faria of Swampscott; and her nieces, Bethany, Andrea Faria, Megan Fournier, Janelle Labrie and Joanna Long.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Sweeney Memorial Funeral Home (66 Concord Rd, Billerica, MA 01821).

Memorial contributions may be made in Monica's name to the Lowell Humane.
